Why did you choose to become part of the Prime 8 team?

My prior experience was in corporate recruiting and I wanted to learn the consulting side of the business. Prime 8 has always had an excellent reputation in the industry, so I took a chance and glad I did. I love the flexibility that the consulting model gives consultants which allows professionals to choose interesting assignments, variety in the type of work they take on, and breaks for family and travel as needed which results in a better work life balance for people.

What is your favorite part about your role?

My favorite part is the people. We are a Women Owned business with an outstanding female President. I feel so lucky to be a part of an amazing HR team that supports one another and the whole Prime 8 family is a group of high-achievers and true professionals. Plus, I enjoy interacting with candidates every day.

Prime 8 is a preferred provider for top enterprise companies in the region, so I receive interesting jobs to fill and enjoy supporting our client’s business initiatives.

What are three things that stand out to you in successful candidates?

Candidates that are prepared, have a positive outlook, and good listening skills.

What advice do you have for young businesswomen?
