What were three lessons your learned during your time at Prime 8?

Three lessons I learned during my time at Prime 8 are to pursue what you love, take on as many classes and learning opportunities as possible to build your knowledge in various subject matter, and to not be afraid to ask questions.

How do you feel Prime 8 prepared you for your future?

I believe it helped prepare me for my future in so many ways. I learned that there are a lot of similar dynamics to working within a team sport. l learned in depth on what it takes to succeed in a competitive business world.

What was your favorite part about interning for Prime 8?

My favorite part about interning for Prime 8 was how welcoming everyone was. Prime 8 really felt like a family and I was never scared to ask questions, and everyone was open to teaching me new things.

What are you most looking forward to for the upcoming school year?

I am looking forward to living in my Sorority with my friends and starting classes at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Prime 8 prepared me for the rigorous classes I will be taking this upcoming year and provided me with the basics of professionalism we are expected to uphold in the business school.

Why did you decide to pursue an internship at Prime 8?

I decided to pursue and internship at Prime 8 because I wanted to challenge myself. I wanted to have some practical work experience as a guide when I return to business school.

How do you define success?

I define success as pursuing something you love to the best of your ability. I believe that if you find a job you enjoy doing and you are passionate about it you will have a successful career. Success to me is the quality of the experience.

What is your dream job?

I am not sure exactly what I want to do but I am leaning towards working in marketing or management within the sports industry or working for a network like ESPN, because I love sports!

If you had a full day free of responsibilities, what would you do?

I would hang out with my friends and go wake surfing.

What advice would you give to another student considering an internship with Prime 8?

If you have the opportunity, I definitely encourage you to do an internship with Prime 8! You will love it! The family dynamic, the constant opportunities to learn and the ongoing teaching process made this internship with Prime 8 set a high bar. The many great qualities about Prime 8 have helped me decide what to look for in a company when I apply for jobs and internships in the future.
