[SEATTLE, WA, 2026] – Lauren Anderson, one of Prime 8 Consulting’s emerging leaders, has been recognized as a 425 Business Magazine “40 Under 40” honoree for 2026. The award celebrates young professionals who are making a meaningful impact through leadership, innovation, and contributions to their industries and communities across the Eastside.

Lauren’s career reflects a people-first approach to leadership and technology. With a background in journalism and a passion for making complex ideas accessible, she has built a reputation for helping teams and organizations adopt AI in ways that are practical, ethical, and human-centered. Her work focuses on empowering people to use technology confidently and impactfully, amplifying human insight rather than replacing it.

At Prime 8 Consulting, Lauren serves as an AI strategist and marketing leader, where she has played a key role in shaping the company’s approach to AI enablement and education. She is especially proud of architecting Prime 8’s first AI training and enablement ecosystem, designed to help employees and clients see technology as an ally in learning, creativity, and growth.

She is the second Prime 8 team member to receive this honor, following Mackenzie Urquhart’s recognition in 2023.

Outside of her professional work, Lauren is deeply committed to mentorship and leadership development. She supports interns, colleagues, and employees across Prime 8, helping them push boundaries, build confidence, and explore new ways of working with AI. She believes that when people feel supported and capable, innovation accelerates.
