Tom Crozier, President

Tom Crozier is the President of Prime 8 Consulting, a leading woman-owned business consulting firm specializing in strategy services, market planning, and sales excellence and the practical application of AI for small to enterprise business clients. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and business consulting, Tom is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to both lead and work collaboratively with a broad range of clients across a variety of industries as they navigate growth, change, and emerging technologies. His keen sensibility for engaging people and encouraging collaboration has earned him a reputation in the industry for building mutually profitable relationships.

In recent years, this work has increasingly included helping clients understand, adopt, and apply AI in ways that support decision-making, productivity, and long-term business value.

After nearly 11 years of direct Microsoft experience in both field and corporate roles, Tom joined Prime 8 Consulting in 2008 as a Partner Consultant and subsequently served as VP of Marketing & Channel and VP of Strategic Accounts & Services before being promoted to President in January 2021. His first-hand knowledge of Microsoft coupled with his wealth of expertise in business technology solutions and services across the industry gives him a unique perspective on how organizations can responsibly leverage platforms, data, and AI that drive results for Prime 8’s internal teams and clients alike.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Auckland, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Strategy from AUT University, and is certified as a Microsoft Certified Software Engineer.
