Goal - Create and deliver a tool that tracked meetings, activities, workback schedules, communication while keeping the team prepared for upcoming events and meetings. Build a communication plan that informed the leadership and the broader team the benefits of this new tool.

Approach - Understand the current state of the business tools and why they were not functioning properly while working to research alternatives that would fit better with the rhythm of the business while we collaborated closely as a team, conducted interviews, and created workback schedules.

Outcome - Migrated all of the rhythm of business trackers, schedule tracking, collaboration work and communications allowing the team to create and assign tasks, track progress of the tasks, host working documents and collaborate on projects all in one location to take away incongruencies that happened with the former systems in place among various teams.

MICROSOFT WW WINDOWS

Goal - Build a system that accounts for a constant shift in priorities and market demands to foresee investment demands, manage allocations and track spending.

Approach - Built tracking files to streamline fiscal management review and expedite decision making while understanding business needs and assist with the PBI dashboard workstream to better track budget and spend status for various regions.

Outcome - Investment allocation and tracking are streamlined to facilitate faster decision making and investment reporting is now reviewed monthly with management to drive important investment decisions with real time visibility.

MICROSOFT DATA & AI PROGRAMS

Goal - Create consistent tool to map proper account team contact to fix the issues of limited tools that were out of date, filled with email contact errors and loss of time.

Approach - Develop skillsets with various tools in order to utilize best practices between the teams by bridging tech barriers, coordinating all of the teams involved and cater to the client’s business needs.

Outcome - Utilized Power Business Intelligence to provide a better view of the client business that resulted in high engagement values and a successful return on customer nominations.

Approach - Establish a mentor program with proper training and performance tracking.

Outcome - 200+ people in stage 1 growing to 2000 by June,2020 participating in the mentee and mentor roles with Diversity and Inclusion priorities.

MICROSOFT DIGITAL SAFETY AND TRUST

Goal - Pivot landmarks and onboarding work to a virtual process that is secure given the confidential and sensitive nature of the materials.

Approach - Worked nimbly as a unit through challenging times in a world to transform once in-person strategies into virtual sessions for team building and closer connections and leveraged the Poll Everywhere tool to bring a voice to the audience without interrupting the sessions.

Outcome - The training program was a complete success to support and educate a broad range of industries on digital safety initiatives.

MICROSOFT DATA & AI

Goal - Establish a content map that integrated a logically flow of standalone assets leading up to the role play videos and aligning the team to the required sales stages and staying creative in a virtual and social distancing environment.

Approach - Developed professional produced videos with the “Mission Possible” theme with creative direction and storyline elements to address all areas of sales.

Outcome - Program launched in 2020 with 12 hours of instructional videos and will be collecting messages, comments and evaluations in 2021.

Goal - Implement a system that could collect the complete data from multiple regions and categories to gather proper insights.

Approach - Implement internal tools and utilize Power Business Intelligence to gather important data, ROI, key marketing activities, product level detail, and investment in order to make key business decisions.

Outcome - Gained visibility into full marketing funnel activities and solved for large scale issues to obtain a clear view of investment spend.

MICROSOFT AZURE AAAP

Goal - Find alignment within the goals of various teams to manage data and growth.

Approach - Implement a framework and successful system through research and client sessions that incorporate ideas and goals so that all stakeholders were satisfied with the outcome.

Outcome - Project was renewed and has grown once established and has received incredibly positive feedback from the leadership team and client.
