As Chief Operating Officer, Noni leverages more than 30 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, public accounting, and tax planning. She has a proven ability to translate vision into action, guiding organizations through growth and change while building operational efficiency and empowering teams to perform at their best. Prior to joining Prime 8, Noni was a tax partner at a regional CPA firm, working extensively with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. She also served as a trusted advisor to Prime 8 for 19 years before moving into this internal leadership role.

As COO, Noni focuses on aligning operations with strategic goals and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across the company. Her broad financial and operational expertise helps Prime 8 sustain growth and deliver exceptional results.

Noni has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Snohomish County, where she created inspireHER — a program designed to mentor and empower young women. She also served on the advisory board of an initiative dedicated to advancing women in the accounting profession.
