As VP of Recruiting at Prime 8, Michelle leads an amazing team of recruiters and loves mentoring others who share her passion for making career magic happen. Her expertise spans technical, non-technical, and HR/recruiting roles across a wide range of industries, giving her a well-rounded view of the talent landscape.

Outside of work, Michelle is fueled by coffee, chaos, and her two incredible kids — who keep her on her toes and remind her daily why she does what she does.
