Prime 8 Consulting Hires Randall Hopkins as New General Manager of Talent Services

Prime 8 Consulting, headquartered in Bellevue Washington, is pleased to announce the appointment of Randall Hopkins as General Manager of Talent Services. Randall brings to Prime 8 Consulting an expertise in talent acquisition, many years of strong experience in the business world, and an incredible ability to deliver results.

With 20+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition and talent services, Randall understands the value of relationships, the importance of results, and the power of customer satisfaction. This vast experience and his deep relationships with key clients have given Randall solid foundation to work from with a strong bias for action and results. As an external partner, Randall held positions as COO and Managing Director for several small boutique agencies that specialize in providing contract and direct placement talent to both SMB’s and Enterprise customers including: Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks, Nordstrom, T-Mobile, and Expedia.

Originally from Los Angeles, Randall has lived in Washington State since High School, and after graduating from University of Puget Sound, with a focus International Business and Economics, obtained a graduate certificate in Human Resources from Chapman University. He and his wife have been married for 25 years and together they have two adult sons. Randall enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. We are excited to welcome him and his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Prime 8 team!
