Business Problem: Gratitude with the telecom sector was severely underused. Android users were loyal to the platform, but not the handset. Device manufactures relationship with customers was impacted by the carriers they chose.

Outcome: Our solution included helping Samsung harness the power of more than 20 million fans by bringing them together in immersive real-world experiences, rewards, communications and a platform that’s designed for infinite growth.  This solution led to a 9% reduction in churn and a 2% increase in customer satisfaction totaling $300m in value. - Link to more details
